Decision Analysis & Decision Making
Clear understanding of the degree of complexity is necessary in the process of decision-making. Many decisions rest in key assumptions and existing heuristics we have about the way the world works. Sometimes these assumptions are accurate, other times they are not, but unfortunately, this is only discovered after the fact and can have consequences.
Additionally, there is no single solution or entity that is sufficient to address truly complex challenges and employ an enterprise change strategy. To understand if there is the potential for long-lasting change within a problem space, decision makers must contend with this reality. As such, this requires an approach that is capable to sift through these complex domains. Using a suite of systems analysis, strategic foresight, and data integration tools, we can better visualize these complex problem spaces and clarify some, if not all, of the interacting forces at play to provide better decision analysis and decision-making strategy.
Strategy planning
By applying a process to determine unique and insightful innovation strategies, this will outline a plan that might accomplish one’s desired change in novel ways. This resultant strategy will define near-term action plans for change leaders that are targeted at the long-term change outcomes desired by enterprise leadership.
Systems research and evaluation (systems thinking)
The most challenging problems are usually systemic in nature, and they are deeply intertwined and sustained by norms, policies, cultures, and practices. In order to overcome these challenges and move forward, we must shift the systems that are sustaining these problems. However, achieving this systemic change is quite difficult and it is difficult to predict how these complex interactions among stakeholders will affect short- and long-term enterprise change strategy.
Systems mapping techniques are diverse and varied, all attempting to gain a more holistic understanding of the system, and in many cases, track emergence within it. By applying a series of tools derived from systems theory, a holistic model is produced of what is referred to as enterprise transformation outcomes, which is in effect, a model of the future.
Content Writing and Content Development
Establishing an online presence and position is essential for enterprise and organizational success. In order for the digital strategy to be successful, an organization/brand must have great content. This should be thoughtfully and strategically developed and planned with a sound management and execution approach for developing the content and integrating it with the organization’s overall online presence and digital strategy. The multitude of platforms that are available, how they are used, and integration across the platforms must be thoughtfully explored, planned, executed, and maintained. This holistic approach employs customer-centric thinking and requires constant content creation and regularly assessing the content strategy.
