Molly has expertise in decision analysis, content writing and content development, strategy planning, and systems research and evaluation (systems thinking). She specializes in the areas of innovation, technology, and policy. She has extensive experience in developing methods and tools for informing enterprise change strategy and foresightful/anticipatory change management. Her methods were developed in a partnership between the Global Knowledge Initiative and the Georgia Institute of Technology for the Rockefeller Foundation and have been tested in projects for a number of commercial, non-profit and government enterprises. Her approach employs a forward-looking process that provides decision makers and organizations with greater insight and confidence in their sponsorship of innovation, technology, and policy to impact a complex problem space.

Molly received her Master’s degree (M.Sc) from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Brussels, Belgium) in Political and Social Science with a concentration on cyber security, and an undergraduate degree from Vesalius College (Brussels, Belgium) in Political Communication and Public Diplomacy.

Molly is also currently a guest lecturer at Agnes Scott College in the Applied Technology Graduate program. Her focus is on systems and critical thinking as an approach to problem solving and a way to address future needs.
